2013 Fog Catcher
Winemaker notes: This wine made a big impression during our annual tasting. It’s still on the youthful side of a finely aged wine, with expansive tannins and a ripe, full-bodied mouthfeel. It is the perfect wine to enjoy with a rib-eye dinner.
The 2013 vintage was well-received upon its original release date, and time in our cellar has made it even more luscious and irresistible. On the flavor side, think graham cracker, dark chocolate and black currant. It would be fantastic with a decant now, or you could age it gracefully in your own cellar for a few more years. We recommend a 2+ hour decant if you plan to enjoy it now.
