2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The windy Spring of 2015 led to shatter in our Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in lower-than-average yields that year. Despite that challenge, Block 3 Cabernet Sauvignon kept its depth and dark cherry flavors that consistently make it one of our best wines. Over the years, the nuances of the 2015 vintage have emerged, and during their annual library tasting this year our winemakers designated this wine as Peak Maturity. With notes of blueberry, rosemary cherry blossom and sage, it would make a perfect accompaniment to any holiday dinner. Decanting recommended.
