Winemaker Notes: The 2016 vintage gifted us with a set of remarkable Pinot Noirs. In fact, we’re releasing this wine along with its 2016 Estate counterpart. The 2016 Reserve Pinot Noir is a balance of brambly red fruit, savory flavors and beautiful tannins.
The best barrels of Pinot Noir from Jespersen Ranch were selected by our winemaking team for this limited Reserve bottling. The grapes were hand-picked from our foggy, coastal vineyard and fermented in small lots at our gravity-flow Craft Winery. This blend of Dijon clones showcases irresistible dark fruit, spice & velvet tannins.
