The cool, late growing season of 2018 provided us with a stunning expression of Heart Hill Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s rich, textured and powerful - resonant with full-bodied flavors of dark blackberry flavors and brushy herbal undertones. We hand-harvested grapes from three of our premiere blocks at Heart Hill Vineyard and fermented them in stainless steel tanks. We selected our highest quality French Oak barrels and aged the wine for 26 months. This is a wine built to age, and if you plan to drink it within the first few years of its release, we recommend decanting for four+ hours prior to enjoying.
