The cool, late growing season of 2018 provided us with a stunning expression of Heart Hill Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s rich, textured and powerful - resonant with full-bodied flavors of dark blackberry flavors and brushy herbal undertones. We hand-harvested grapes from three of our premiere blocks at Heart Hill Vineyard and fermented them in stainless steel tanks. We selected our highest-quality French Oak barrels and aged the wine for 26 months. This is a wine built to age, and if you plan to drink it within the first few years of its release, we recommend decanting for four+ hours prior to enjoying.
