2019 GSM

GSM stands for “Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre” and is a moniker for Rhône inspired blends made from the three grapes. We farm all three at Heart Hill Vineyard and create a cuvée with them each year. We harvested each grape independently and fermented them in a myriad of vessels including oak tanks, stainless steel and barrels. We created the final blend and aged the wine for 17 months in 23% new French Oak barrels.
