2019 Reserve Chardonnay

The 2019 Reserve Chardonnay comes from one of our most highly regarded vineyard blocks at Jespersen Ranch. We hand-harvested the grapes, whole-cluster pressed and placed the juice in French Oak barrels for native fermentation. We stirred the lees in each barrel twice a week, and the barrels went through 100% malolactic fermentation. We aged the wine for 14 months in French Oak with monthly lees stirrings. This is a rich, flavorful Chardonnay with apple, caramel and warm baking spice flavors.
