The name “Silhouette du Coeur” translates from French to “Silhouette of the Heart,” respecting the fact that our Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc grow on different edges of Heart Hill Vineyard. The 2019 vintage is a 100% barrel fermented white blend aged for 16 months in French Oak barrels. Grenache Blanc lends fresh minerality, the Roussane adds richness and the Marsanne offers delicate floral notes and viscosity. The result is a rich, complex white wine with ample texture and honeyed notes.
