We farm three blocks of Syrah at Jespersen Ranch, our cool-climate vineyard in the Edna Valley. The vines benefit from a longer, cooler growing season than our Paso Robles sites, producing Syrah of depth and complexity. This wine blends fruit from all three blocks, showcasing the vineyard’s diversity and the distinctive character of the varietal. After fermenting in stainless steel, it was aged 20 months in French oak, resulting in a rich, layered wine with notes of dark fruit, savory capers, toasty oak, tobacco, and dark chocolate. Drink now or let it evolve through 2026.
