2020 Silhouette du Cœur

A beautiful blend created to feature the only white grapes grown at this site; Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne. We hand-harvested and destemmed each varietal, then fermented them separately to preserve their unique characteristics. We then aged the blend for 18 months in a special 800-gallon Foudre. This wine is rich and round, with fresh fruit and ample acidity.
