This Cabernet Sauvignon gives you a glimpse into an estate wine that embodies the rich diversity of Heart Hill Vineyard. We selected grapes from across the site with unique flavors and characteristics and fermented and aged them in small lots with a variety of winemaking techniques. The result is an artful balance of vineyard expression and winemaking craftsmanship that captures the vineyard site’s depth and complexity. This is a vibrant and layered wine that weaves together notes of blueberry, blackberry, caramelized brown sugar, and Provençal herbs.
