2021 Reserve Pinot Noir
We harvested our Pinot Noir from late September to late October, and selected the best lots for this reserve bottling. We fermented each lot separately, using different techniques to enhance flavor and add complexity to the finished wine. 90% of the lots fermented with either dried stems or whole clusters. The wine aged in 38% new French oak barrels for 10 months, before we selected the best barrels for bottling. This wine features spice and earth on the nose, black cherry and brushy herbs on the palate followed by underlying structure on the finish.
