We farm a small parcel of 20-year-old, head-trained Zinfandel vines at Heart Hill Vineyard. We only make a few hundred cases of this special wine each vintage, and you are one of the first to enjoy it! In 2022 we hand-harvested our Zin grapes in early October and fermented them in two stainless-steel tanks. We blended the two tanks together and they aged in Hungarian and French oak barrels for 11 months. The result is an unabashedly Paso Robles Zinfandel: juicy dark fruit flavor and an herbal nuance.
