The 2022 vintage yielded small berries with thick skins, producing deeply concentrated fruit. Hand-picked at night, the grapes were carefully sorted, destemmed, and gravity-fed into stainless-steel fermenters, capturing the full spectrum of flavors that make Cabernet Sauvignon so celebrated: vibrant dark cherry, structured tannins, and layered, full-bodied fruit. Each lot aged separately in French oak barrels for 14 months, resulting in a wine that opens with lively red fruit and delicate hints of blueberry. Warm-toned oak frames the fruit gracefully, adding notes of graham cracker, baking spice, nutmeg, and caramel to a long, refined finish.
