We farm just two acres of Mourvèdre on a small hillside at Heart Hill Vineyard and are excited to share this special bottle with our Club Members! In 2022, the fruit was hand-harvested and sorted, then fermented in a combination of stainless-steel tanks and French oak vats. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak vats, puncheons, and barrels, and blended with a small addition of Syrah to enhance color and deepen fruit complexity just prior to bottling. The result is a medium-bodied wine marked by dark cherry and pomegranate flavors, framed by dusty tannins and savory spice.
