This wine is a blend of two varietals that thrive in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles—Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. We selected the best vineyard blocks of the vintage. Each varietal was treated separately throughout the winemaking process to develop its distinct character. We then artfully blended them to highlight the best qualities of each. The result is a wine that marries the best of both varietals—the firm tannins and age-worthy structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the lush blue fruit and earthy finish of Syrah.
