The name “Super Paso” is our tribute to “Super Tuscans” – blends made by Italian winemakers who scorned tradition and added non-indigenous grapes to their blends. This wine is a blend of two varietals that thrive in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles—Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. We selected the best vineyard blocks of the vintage, fermented both varietals in stainless steel to showcase its purity and depth, and aged for 22 months in French Oak barrels. The result is an elegantly balanced wine that marries the best of both varietals—the firm tannins and age-worthy structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the lush blue fruit and earthy finish of Syrah. Drink now through 2028.
