Twisted Spur is always an unconstrained blend from Heart Hill Vineyard. The three varieties in this wine were fermented and aged separately. The result is a richly textured wine where each varietal contributes distinct characteristics—Cabernet Franc brings vibrant pomegranate and roasted fennel, Petit Verdot lends delicate violet and black pepper notes, and Syrah adds lush plum and mouth-coating tannins, creating a harmonious and layered expression.
