‘Club 9’ was the original name of our Wine Club when we opened 25 years ago and in homage, we craft this wine especially for our members. This creative blend showcases a collection of particularly delicious varieties brought together with intention. In 2023, we built the wine around Cabernet Franc, fermented the grapes in stainless steel tanks, and aged the wine for 14 months in French oak barrels prior to composing the final blend. The addition of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec complement the Cabernet Franc, each contributing its own character and expression to the finished wine. The result is a medium-bodied wine marked by lifted aromatics, mouthwatering minerality, and vibrant, fresh flavors.
