Coastal Cuvée is our celebration of Jespersen Ranch—an unconventional blend of Grenache and Pinot Noir. This is a light, chillable red wine that is vibrant, fresh, and irresistibly drinkable. The Grenache, fermented in stainless steel, brings juicy, fruit-forward character, while the Pinot Noir, fermented traditionally in open-top tanks, adds brightness and earthy structure. After resting for 18 months in neutral oak, the wines were blended just before bottling, resulting in a harmonious cuvée layered with raspberry, pomegranate, hibiscus, and tea leaf. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
