Jespersen Ranch
This sparkling wine is a non-traditional blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Albariño from Jespersen Ranch, combining bright citrus acidity with tropical aromatics. Crafted in a fresh, lively style distinct from our Reserve releases, the Chardonnay was whole-cluster pressed and fermented in neutral barrels with partial malolactic fermentation, while the Albariño was fermented in stainless steel. After blending at tirage, the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle using the Méthode Traditionnelle and was disgorged in June 2025 with a 1.5 g/L dosage. Bottled under a crown cap, it’s a dry, vibrant wine with mouthwatering acidity and expressive floral and tropical notes.
