The 2022 Cuvée Brut is a non-traditional blend of Chardonnay and Albariño from Jespersen Ranch, combining bright citrus acidity with tropical aromatics. Crafted in a fresh, lively style distinct from our Reserve releases, the Chardonnay was whole-cluster pressed and fermented in neutral barrels, while the Albariño was fermented in stainless steel. After blending, the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle using the Méthode Traditionnelle and was disgorged in June 2025 with a 1.5 g/L dosage. Bottled under a crown cap, it’s a dry, vibrant wine with mouthwatering acidity and expressive floral and tropical notes.
