We farm Pinot Noir and Meunier at Jespersen Ranch and always select specific blocks to farm intentionally for our Rosé. The vineyard is located in Edna Valley AVA, just four miles from the ocean, making it an ideal place to make a crisp, dry pink wine. The 2024 Rosé is stellar, with watermelon, strawberry, and kiwi aromatics bursting out of the glass. The palate has a lot of minerality and juicy fruit flavors that make an elegant rosé you’ll want to drink all summer long. We fermented half of this wine in concrete, accentuating the beautiful minerality and vibrant fruit flavors. The rest was fermented in stainless steel drums and neutral oak barrels.
