We farm Albariño at Jespersen Ranch in the Edna Valley, just four miles from the ocean. Our three acres of vines thrive in the coastal environment and derive their character from the unique site. The 2025 vintage is a fresh, vibrant expression of Albariño. This wine is bright and focused with lively flavors of white peach, melon, and salty minerality—an absolutely delicious wine for the spring and summertime! We hand-harvested all of our Albariño on October 3rd and whole-cluster pressed the grapes. We fermented 3/4 of the juice in concrete tanks and 1/4 in neutral French Oak and aged it for five months before bottling.
