We grow Pinot Noir and Meunier at Jespersen Ranch and select specific blocks to farm intentionally for our Rosé. The vineyard is located in the northwestern corner of the Edna Valley AVA just four miles from the ocean, making it an ideal place to make a crisp and dry pink wine. The Pinot Noir is fermented in concrete tanks to accentuate its minerality and stainless steel tanks to highlight vibrant fruit and acidity. The 2025 vintage is stellar, with watermelon and white peach aromatics bursting out of the glass. The palate has fresh minerality and electric acidity, making this an elegant Rosé you’ll want to drink all summer long.
