We farm Sauvignon Blanc at Jespersen Ranch in Edna Valley, just 4 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Our three acres of Sauvignon Blanc thrive in the coastal environment and derive their character from the unique climate. We hand-sorted and lightly whole-cluster pressed the grapes into a combination of neutral oak puncheons and a stainless steel tank for fermentation followed by five months of aging before bottling. Our most aromatic white wine, this Sauvignon Blanc jumps out of the glass and is the perfect summer wine – tropical and citrus notes combined with juicy acidity and a slight herbal undercurrent to keep it fresh.
