Saturday & Sunday, May 11th & 12th - Wine Club Release Weekend Events! Your shipment will be available for pick-up at our Tasting Room after this date.
Monday, May 20th - Wine Club shipments will be sent out. Once the wines have been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2016 Reserve Twisted Spur - ONYX and Case Club Members
40% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Franc, 28% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon
Twisted Spur is a bold and unrestricted blend from Heart Hill Vineyard. Our winemaking team approaches this wine with an adventurous attitude and the blend always exudes audaciousness. We like to think this wine embodies the bold spirit of the land.
2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Heart Hill Vineyard
85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Malbec, 6% Petit Verdot
One southern facing slope of vines at Heart Hill Vineyard continuously produces exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. The hillside is comprised almost entirely of shale and caressed by afternoon breezes sailing through the mountains from the coast. Each year we find ourselves drawn to this block as the foundation for a truly remarkable wine.
2016 Reserve Pinot Noir, Jespersen Ranch
100% Pinot Noir
The best barrels of Pinot Noir from Jespersen Ranch were selected by our winemaking team for this limited Reserve bottling. The grapes were hand-picked from our foggy coastal vineyard and fermented in small lots at our gravity flow Craft Winery. This blend of Dijon clones showcases irresistible dark fruit, spice & velvet tannins.
2016 Reserve Syrah, Heart Hill Vineyard
100% Syrah
Steep rocky hillsides and cool afternoon breezes at Heart Hill Vineyard help make our Reserve Syrah one of the most exceptional wines we produce from this site. This inky wine is crafted from only the most expressive blocks each year. This true Westside Paso Robles Syrah features notes of black cherry and leather and finishes with bright acidity on the finish.
2017 Grenache
82% Grenache, 18% Syrah
We farm a small amount of Grenache at Jespersen Ranch, our cool-climate vineyard in the Edna Valley. Jespersen Ranch can be a challenging environment to grow Grenache due to the varietal’s reluctance to ripen in the cool environment. But in warmer vintages, we produce a beautiful wine full of the site’s signature black pepper flavor. This wine is a wonderful contrast to our Grenache from Heart Hill Vineyard, offering up a completely different expression of the varietal.
2017 Sangiovese
75% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Barbera
This single vineyard wine comes from the hills of Bootjack Ranch and embodies the independent spirit of Paso Robles. Proudly hailing from California with a strong nod to its Italian roots, this wine features notes of dried cherries partnered with dusty earth and spice. The soft, round palate is perfectly balanced between fruit and acid.
2016 Syrah
100% Syrah
We farm 8 acres of Syrah at Jespersen Ranch, our cool-climate vineyard in the Edna Valley. The vineyard's foggy mornings cultivate elegance and structure in this Syrah and the cooler temperatures encourage a beautiful balance of fruit and spice, making this Syrah a remarkable expression of the site.
2018 Rosé
100% Pinot Noir
Each year we select a single vineyard block of Pinot Noir at Jespersen Ranch to farm specifically for Rosé. With a dry and refreshing wine style as our goal, the Rosés of France were our inspiration in 2018. After hand-sorting our Pinot Noir clusters, we gently whole-cluster pressed 70% of the fruit. The remaining 30% of the grapes were destemmed and soaked for 5 hours, gently extracting color from the skins of the grapes.

2018 Sauvignon Blanc
100% Sauvignon Blanc
We grow Sauvignon Blanc at Jespersen Ranh, our cool climate vineyard nestled into a hillside near the Pacific Ocean. Our three acres of vines thrive in the coastal environment and derive their character from the rolling banks of coastal fog in the morning and ocean breezes in the afternoon. In 2018 we picked the Sauvignon Blanc in two passes to preserve the fresh, bright acidity of the varietal while bringing out the tropical fruit characteristics it is capable of exuding.
2018 Albariño
100% albariño
We are proud to farm a few acres of this rare varietal that produces an aromatically stunning and crisp wine. Albariño has a gorgeous natural minerality and freshness that makes it alluring from the start. Fermentation in 75% stainless steel tanks helped to preserve the fresh fruit flavors and aromatics, and 25% fermentation in oak created a creamy and rich mouthfeel.
2016 Reserve Chardonnay, Jespersen Ranch (ONYX White Only)
100% Chardonnay
This Reserve Chardonnay came from a single block of grapes at Jespersen Ranch and was the first pick of the vintage. We barrel-fermented this wine in 40% New French Oak and it developed beautifully with a rich palate redolent with notes of honeysuckle, toasted brioche and a salinity reminiscent of the vineyard's ocean proximity.
2017 Reserve Grenache Blanc, Heart Hill Vineyard (onyx white only)
100% Grenache Blanc
We grow Grenache Blanc at the lowest elevation point of Heart Hill Vineyard and the 2017 vintage is a beautiful example of the varietal. We whole-cluster pressed the grapes for complexity and it spent 10 months in barrel. The resulting wine has high natural acidity with beautiful flavors of lemon-meringue and honey.
2016 Reserve Silhouette du Coeur, Heart Hill Vineyard (ONYX white only)
49% Marsanne, 31% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc
Silhouette du Coeur is our white blend sourced exclusively from Heart Hill Vineyard. The name translates from French to "Outline of the Heart" and pays homage to the fact that our Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Marsanne grow on three edges of the vineyard.
