"We are releasing two Cabernet Sauvignons & two Grenache / Syrah / Mouvedre blends (GSM) this winter - this isn’t marketing pretense.
The wines are extremely different and the Reserve versions are first available through our wine club. Each Reserve wine is mirrored by an Estate version that is designed to be approachable and drinkable now. The Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from Bootjack Ranch came from just a few barrels in the cellar - it's 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and has bright cherry notes & elegant structure (200 cases). Reserve Square Root is a GSM (the square root of "Nine" is three) from Heart Hill that shows raw power & dark, fresh fruit (200 cases). Our Reserve program is designed to highlight wines that we think have inherent natural beauty, structure and elegance and I am excited to give our wine club a chance to taste these small-production lots first."
